Sturdy, cheap price September 6, 2008

I was going to buy a case VERY similar to this one at Best Buy for $30 but I decided to go home and check the interent before I blew that much money.
And am I glad I did.
This case is very very cheap for the quality it gives. Nice sturdy case, covers the entire screen and buttons (except touchpad). Even comes with a lanyard and a belt clip. Nice sturdy plastic, defintely work $4. If you have a Zune and don't have a case yet, get this; you will be hard pressed to find a better deal.

If all you want to do is protect your zune from scratches and cracks, then this is the way to go. The case is perfect, but the belt clip and lanyard are awful. I never use those anyway so it's no big deal. The case itself is great and lets you change the hold button and lets you plugin head phones and to your computer.

This product fits it great and actually looks beautiful when it is actually one. However, after having it just a few days, it became horrible scratched as the plastic is not that strong and now looks raggedy. It does still protect the zune but i took it off as it makes it looks slightly worse now...

This case does what it's supposed to do, and it looks good. If you look closely, small scratches do appear fairly easily, but at least its on the case instaed of the Zune. Plus, it's cheap enough that if I have to replace it, it won't cost much.

cheap and functional.
it'll protect your zune from scratches, but the case itself gets scratched up pretty easy. it also seems to trap dust and dirt between the zune and the case, and i'm worried that if it builds up it might actually end up scratching the zune.
the zune charge cable fits perfectly with the case on, but it's a little difficult to get to the lock switch (you have to wedge your finger in there to get at it) i rarely ever use the switch anyways, so it's not a big deal for me.
i gave it 4 stars because it's not perfect. but i can't bring myself to rate it any lower than 4 stars because of its low price
