I've had this for ~6 months now and its worked great and still does. I can see no difference in the quality, if anything the stock cable that the zune came with died in a couple of months of barely any usage. This has been tugged around everywhere and is still 100%. Also, it delivered within like 3 days of ordering it, which was pretty good.

Sometimes people sell things and came its brand new and it is not but this cable came in a unopened box and works perfectly. I would definitely buy something from the seller again because I believe it would be legit
